Kelly has been a clinical psychologist for over 30 years, and has worked in private practice, public mental health, leadership roles at Spectrum the Personality Disorder & Complex Trauma service of Victoria, and as an academic researcher, trainer, and supervisor of the next generation of trainee psychologists.

Kelly has significant experience working with people who have a history of trauma and want to feel less overwhelmed by their emotional world. She also provides therapy for depression, anxiety, perfectionism, stress related issues, emotion regulation, relationship difficulties, self-harm and suicidality and managing symptoms of psychotic and bipolar disorders. Kelly is diversity-affirming, and has experience supporting adults with high functioning Autism. She welcomes people from the LGBTIQ+ communities. She sees clients on the NDIS (self-managed), for capacity building and developing a better quality of life, and supports family and friends of people diagnosed with BPD. Kelly also offers clinical supervision to practitioners of varying disciplines, and is an Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor.
